As a Visual Merchandiser, you will possess a true commercial mind, and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories is maintained at all times. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.
Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities: Supporting the Store Management Team with day-to-day operations of the store · Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm. · Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales. · Be an active leader, undertaking floor and break management, transaction operations and opening/closing duties Day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks · Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards · Manage the reordering of props, lighting and VM tools where necessary · Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards Windows · Coordinate with Store Management, Head Office and local supplies for window installations · Manage window product change for every rotation Interior merchandising implementation · Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations · Manage the products & master knowledge of all product categories. · Share qualitative and photographic feedback with Regional VM manager. · Visit competitors and report best practices Interaction with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events · Collaborate with the Store Management Team on sales trends, new launches and VM guidelines · Support in motivating and coaching the team on VM topics · Implement store zones for each product category · Implement visual merchandising concepts for store events
Profile
Profile: · Passion for retail · Professional Attitude · Commercial Mindset · Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details · Strong service-oriented mindset · outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills · At least 3 years of experience in VM, ideally in a fashion and/or luxury environment · Strong command of English and preferably Dutch
