Key Responsibilities:
- Agility & Collaboration: Lead the team through change by maintaining focus, motivation, and adaptability during shifting priorities. Foster open communication and shared accountability. Collaborate with Corporate and Regional teams to create and execute strategies to achieve regional goals. Empower the leadership team to lead initiatives, champion categories, and resolve challenges for collective success.
- Client Centric: Support the team in building client relationships, reinforce the Maison's service culture by leading daily floor activities, delegating tasks, and role-modeling elevated client interactions. Review client feedback and address service issues, proactively resolving escalations to continuously elevate the client experience. Maintain best-in-class luxury standards by coaching the team to deliver consistently seamless and exceptional service.
- Developing Self, Talent & Building Teams: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent to build a diverse, high-performing team.
