As the Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the West Region. You will ensure these programs are aligned with both business objectives and the learning and development needs of our teams. Through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching, you will help develop the leadership skills of Store and Team Managers, enabling them to lead their teams with confidence and expertise. Your guidance and leadership will empower our teams to excel in their roles, with the shared goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated client experience. The scope of this region will include overseeing our LA and OC Metro teams.

You bring exceptional experience in influencing and training team members, ideally from a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. You possess highly developed coaching and mentoring skills and are able to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $150,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
