Job responsibilities ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage operations of product deliveries and restocking both the stockroom and the sales floor. Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain; Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House; Manage product transfers; Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to achieving store performance targets; Manage inventory; Implement new processes/projects related to logistics and Back of House organization; Support sales activities and provide customer assistance. Profile REQUIREMENTS: Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Flexibility; Proactivity and problem-solving skills; Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems; Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus; Availability to work on weekends.
