Job Duties & Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Responsible for the success of projects in collaboration with the relevant business stakeholders & larger LV_NEO community.
- Define and lead projects, deploy new solutions and enhance existing solutions for South Asia markets.
- Manage & document requirements and fit-gap analysis, understanding end-to-end data flows & business impact.
- Define & execute IS test campaigns successfully and support UAT.
- Responsible for defect management / problem management.
- In charge of communication to stakeholders on IS deliverables
- Ensure support model is defined, documented, and transitioned to support teams.
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure strong stability of the systems supporting business processes in Louis Vuitton stores.
- Partner with business departments to understand and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and Escalate URGENT/CRITICAL issues to proper support teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead solution proposals for issues or new needs and to understand the impact to upstream and downstream applications / processes.
- Interact with support teams to provide information and resolve issues, ensuring SLAs are well defined and respected.
- Define & execute test campaigns to ensure quality.
- Act as subject matter expert on system flows supporting business processes.
- Ensure proper system preparation prior to peak(s).
- Document needs, business processes and associated IS&T processes for future reference & support.
