- Lead the coordination and flawless execution of window installations in partnership with the Country Office and local suppliers
- Manage product rotations for each campaign, aligning global guidelines with local commercial priorities
- Ensure impeccable storytelling, strong product elevation, and the highest luxury standards at all times
2. Interior Visual Merchandising & Zoning
- Plan and execute store zoning and product rotations in close collaboration with Store Management to optimize client flow and category visibility
- Manage product handling end-to-end: back-of-house preparation, RMS updates, location changes, and final installation
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, balance, and visual harmony across all categories
- Propose alternative products in case of stock constraints while preserving visual coherence and commercial impact
- Share structured qualitative and photographic feedback with the Country Visual Merchandiser after each rotation
3. Business Partnership & Commercial Impact
- Leverage visual merchandising as a strategic driver of sales performance and client engagement
- Collaborate closely with Store Manager, Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, Expert Advisors, and Universe Managers to align VM strategy with sales trends, launches, and collections
- Support in-store events and activations by implementing tailored VM concepts that maximize visibility and results
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and share best practices to continuously elevate store standards
4. Store Excellence & Daily Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure lighting, props, furniture, and windows meet luxury retail standards
- Manage reordering and upkeep of visual merchandising tools, props, and lighting materials when required
- Ensure all product displays strictly adhere to Maison guidelines and current visual directives
