The Opportunity: Define the Future of Luxury The HORIZONS Program is more than a graduate pathway. It is a transformational, 24-month immersion designed to cultivate future leaders of our Store Management community. Through curated rotations across Retail and Corporate functions, you will develop a 360° understanding of the Maison’s operations, culture and strategic vision. You will gain exposure to diverse Métiers, partner with senior leaders and join a vibrant regional cohort across nine countries in the South Asia Zone. This is an accelerated journey for individuals who aspire not simply to manage stores, but to shape the future of client experience and retail excellence. The 2027 program will be based in Sydney, with potential opportunities in Melbourne. Program Structure Stage 1: Retail & Client Discovery (6 months – Retail Store) Immerse yourself in the heart of the Maison. Develop a profound understanding of our culture, our Clients, our teams and our standards of excellence. Gain hands-on experience in client engagement, team collaboration and operational execution. Stage 2: Business Exposure (6 months – Corporate Office) Engage in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with departments including Client Development or Retail Performance, acquiring a holistic view of business performance and decision-making at the highest level. Stage 3: Store Management Expedition (12 months – Retail Store) Step into increasing leadership responsibility. Lead projects, contribute to performance strategy and refine your managerial capabilities under the mentorship of senior leaders.
