Job responsibilities
As Field Coach Trainer, you will be responsible of Field Coach Training for Stores in Indonesia.
Key responsibilities are :
Training Program Delivery:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, covering sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship-building.
- Utilize various training methods, such as workshops, seminars and e-learning, to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the ever-changing retail landscape
Coaching and Feedback :
- Provide feedback, identifying areas for improvement and offering guidance on best practices.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Support Team Managers in developing Coaching Skills
Support Business:
- Equip teams with commercial trainings for identifying sales opportunities and overcoming challenges in the field.
- Collaborate with store management and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and sales targets in line with corporate commercial/ training guidelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Retail training and learning, incorporating new ideas and approaches into training programs as appropriate.
Profile
To be a successful FCT, you have to:
- Have experience in luxury retail industry
- Experienced in change management, coaching, facilitation, product knowledge
- Have experience in team management
- Thoroughly have skills in product knowledge
- Great communication skills

The Field Coach Trainer plays a vital role in the Retail organization by defining learning priorities together with store manager and delivering effective training programs they focus on client service and selling, category and product knowledge, and leadership skills. They support key business initiatives through virtual and in-store training and coach on topics such as service and selling, and other company priorities and roll-outs.
