Louis Vuitton America is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance, service levels, and cost-effectiveness of our distribution network across four key distribution centers (DCs) in the United States & Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement for our replenishment services to retail stores. A significant aspect of this position involves managing relationships with our Third- Party Logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring contractual internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Retail, Digital, and Finance to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives. Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following: The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $170,000- $200,000 a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
