Job responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Service & Develop Client Relationships: Louis Vuitton clients expect the highest level of service. You will need to provide exceptional service to both inbound and outbound client channels, anticipating their needs, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and handling their requests with grace and professionalism. Handle a Range of Client Interactions: Clients may have complex inquiries regarding products, services, or special orders. You will need to navigate these situations with confidence and efficiency, providing accurate and timely information through various communication channels including calls, emails, and chats. Proactively Identify Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, new products, and external events to have meaningful conversations with clients. Look outside the business to competitors and other luxury players to identify trends and best practices from across the industry. Exhibit Agility and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, handle multiple systems simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure. Be proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused to provide best-in-class service consistently.
Profile
Proven track record in building authentic and lasting relationships with clients. Continuously anticipate their future desires or needs and provide personalized service through in-person/virtual appointments and experiences. Drive personal sales results and achieve sales targets across all product categories while ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interaction. Demonstrate elevated and sophisticated communication skills. Be adept in client-centric communication, consistently providing best-in-class service and thoughtfulness. Maintain the highest degree of customer service daily by demonstrating exemplary leadership in areas such as phone quality, complaint resolution, product awareness, and store relations. Adhere to Quality Customer Service Standards, Louis Vuitton Etiquette, and Selling Ceremony. Possess a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry. Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and products. Be technically savvy with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously. Navigate systems while speaking to clients and building conversations. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
