Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Team Manager who possesses a client-centric mindset to join our team at our Irving, TX campus! In this role, you are responsible for the proper management and day-to-day support for Correspondence Advisors who handle all Client contacts (via inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media).
Job responsibilities
This role will proactively foster the achievement of the Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently coach, motivate, develop, and train a team of Correspondence Advisors team to ensure the successful execution of daily operations, ensuring the highest level of client experience is delivered. You are responsible for further developing the loyalty of the client and promoting the image, the Brand, and the products of Louis Vuitton.
Profile
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate a positive enthusiastic demeanor and have excellent communication skills! We use a variety of systems, so you should be able to multitask and use various systems simultaneously. We are looking for an individual who can thrive working within a fast-paced and evolving international business environment as well as work autonomously, be detailed, and able to handle high volume and multi-task workloads.
