DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of driving the sales in Men Business & High-end business for Thailand and Vietnam Market
- Be an expert in analyzing, strategizing & driving the responsible business in covering markets
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, optimize performance, and ensure the successful new launches and optimization of existing products (Seasonal & Permanent)
- Identify growth opportunities within responsible business with a 360 approach, collaborating and executing actions with other functions such as Retail, VM, Client Development and Communications team.
- Initiate and execute meaningful and impactful in-store activation together with Retail team including kick-offs and store meetings for key topics
- Work closely with Zone Merch and Supply chain team to analyze sales and stock to maximize efficiency including assortment offer, max level and stock rebalancing at store level to support trend and drive performance
- Participate in buying activities to give qualitative feedback to Zone Merch to ensure investment in the right product assortment and depth for market
- Work closely with store team to share qualitative feedback and analysis to Zone Merch including market needs
- Be in strong partnership with management team both office and retail
