Sales Leader, Women’s Ready-to-Wear & Women’s Shoes, Grand Gateway Store
In my current rotation at Grand Gateway, I lead business planning for Women’s Ready-to-Wear, coordinate product launches and optimize visual merchandising. I also manage nationwide product allocation and support client engagement to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

Merchandising Specialist, Women’s Shoes & Beauty
As a Merchandising Specialist for Women’s Shoes and Beauty, I contributed to the 2026 Chinese New Year proposal, led the Sneakerina 360° styling challenge to a top global result and developed assortments for a key retail opening, achieving over 90% new product arrival on launch day.
2024 | Shanghai, China
Client Advisor & CRM Assistant, Plaza 66 Store
My first rotation immersed me in retail, supporting Women’s Ready-to-Wear launches, CRM operations and event planning. I managed product distribution and photography for six collections, produced weekly CRM reports and hosted internal events.

2025 – Current | Kitzbühel, Austria
Acting Team Manager
My final rotation led me to Kitzbühel during the ski season, where I onboarded new Client Advisors and maintained performance in one of the busiest times of the year. You’ll find yourself out of your comfort zone, but wherever your rotations take you, you’re always supported by the House’s teams.
2024 – 2025 | Berlin, Germany
Retail Development, Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe) Store
I joined Louis Vuitton at KaDeWe, one of Europe’s largest luxury stores. Here, I implemented an app to enhance the client experience, delivered team training, and contributed to daily floor management.
Sept 2024 – Nov 2024 | Munich, Germany
Merchandising & Retail Learning, Head Office
During my Merchandising rotation, I analyzed stock and sales, compiled store feedback, and worked closely with the team to understand their daily routines. In Retail Learning, I coordinated the rollout of a major training project, managing workshop logistics across multiple regions and supporting facilitation, which gave me hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
2023 – 2024 | Frankfurt & Helsinki, Germany/Finland
Retail Rotations
I began my journey in Frankfurt, gaining hands-on experience in sales, visual merchandising and management support. Later in Helsinki, I co-led a project to boost Les Extraordinaires category sales through training sessions that were later shared as best practice across the region.

Client Advisor & CRM Assistant, Plaza 66 Store
As the youngest member of the 2025 HORIZONS cohort, I joined Plaza 66 in Shanghai as Client Advisor and CRM Assistant. I exceeded performance targets from my first month and helped organize CRM events, from roundtables to store celebrations and regional gatherings.

Senior Client Advisor, Ngee Ann City
I’m currently in my third rotation, working as part of the Objets Nomades team at Ngee Ann City. I mentor colleagues through the buddy system and peer-learning initiatives, focusing on client experience, teamwork and leadership as I prepare for my transition into a team manager role.
