Coordinate and manage in-store animation activities, including furniture and props logistics, disposal, and reorganization, to ensure smooth execution.
Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, NDA/Code of Conduct compliance, GTPC processes, and payment management for seamless operations.
Collaborate with store and SC teams to address in-store requests, maintain accurate records, and support the event team in achieving project goals.

Professional Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, business administration, or related fields.
1 + years of experience in event coordination, retail, or administrative roles preferred.
Skills:
Fluent English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
