The Luxury Retail Management Edition of the Horizons Graduate Program offers 360 exposure, to prepare you for a Team Management role in one of the Louis Vuitton stores in Singapore. Embark on a 24-month journey with rotations across various retail and corporate roles, to build the understanding of luxury, broad business perspective, and understanding of stakeholders to be successful in your landing role as a Team Manager. As a Louis Vuitton Team Manager, you are at the driver seat of one of the largest businesses in the luxury industry. You will exercise your commercial acumen by leading significant P&Ls, expand your perspectives in translating business insights into action, and deepen your nuanced abilities in building relationships with clients/team members. The stores at MBS, Ngee Ann City, ION and Airport T1 & T3 are amongst the largest in the industry. We continue to craft new realities with store rejuvenations and new store openings that are cultural epicenters. Each store is enabled by an ecosystem of world-class talent, technology, merchandising, supply chain, client experiences/events and much more.
