Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing (LVUSM) is a part of this rich history and tradition, and proudly operates workshops in California and Texas. We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead all aspects of our organization’s compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll, strategies, policies, and program designs, for all LVUSM workshops. At Louis Vuitton, People Make the Difference and this position will be a key business partner to Human Resources colleagues, the LVUSM Leadership Team, and the Louis Vuitton Headquarters, to ensure that all programs are aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the C&B Manager will have ownership of the following key areas:

SALARY: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$118,000 - $148,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
