Louis Vuitton is seeking an exceptional Team Manager for our Australian market — a leader equally at home coaching a newly onboarded Client Advisor as they are challenging a Senior Client Advisor managing a client book exceeding $5 million annually. This is a role for someone who has already done the work. Who understands that leadership in retail is not a title — it is a daily commitment to your people, your clients, and your numbers. Perfil
You are a mature, seasoned leader — not someone still developing your leadership philosophy, but someone who has lived it. You bring approximately five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level. You are across your numbers and can speak fluently to how you build a business, retain a client, and grow a person — because you have done all three, repeatedly, under pressure.
