Louis Vuitton is seeking an innovative, highly motivated Store Director to lead our two locations at the world-renowned Bellagio property featuring a Women's store and Men's store. Our Store Director is an ambassador of the Brand responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative and motivating hands-on management and mentorship. Our leaders inspire their teams to build sustainable Client relationships, ensuring every Client experiences a memorable journey.
Responsabilidades laborales
As a Store Director you will manage and coach your team to build sustainable client relationships and identify business opportunities while implementing the related actions to achieve your store’s goals. You will be accountable for developing the business and monitoring your stores' operations and budget. With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams by providing regular feedback on their personal growth and ensuring that they have detailed development plans to drive their careers at Louis Vuitton. You will also be devoted to being present on the sales floor, where you thrive on having first-hand contact with both the team and our clients.
Perfil
As a role model for the team and wider business, you will need to demonstrate superb sales leadership skills in respect to building your personal client portfolio while driving client repurchase rates & cross selling, ensuring that all business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management. As a leader within our business, you will take ownership to lead and coach your team, ensuring they have exceptional brand and product awareness while they deliver the highest level of client experience. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans. Additionally, you will provide the Regional Vice President and Retail Director data and industry expertise in relation to customer needs while developing and implementing strategies to maximize product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling training, and team animations. To be successful in this role you must be commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the luxury market gained within a multinational organization. With extensive people management skills gained within a high-profile luxury retail brand, you must possess world class customer services skills and continuously strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.
