The Senior Manager of Retail Learning will support the Midwest and Mid Atlantic Region in the development and execution of the zone retail learning strategy. They will align on training priorities and actions with business ambitions for both métier-specific and soft skill development. They will support the facilitation and roll out of training initiatives across the region in partnership with the Academy and regional Retail Learning team. They will lead Senior Learning Manager training initiatives and support focused training efforts to drive business results, service excellence, and team development needs.

Training Plan: Facilitation & Rollout: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $145,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
