MISSION As seasonal support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton team in our store in Globus (Zurich) in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period. In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by animating the in-store welcome and waiting time, effectively determining the client’s needs and offering assistance with directions or information, offering drinks and maintaining displays as well as a strong store appearance and tidiness in general. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments. You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to gain a first luxury industry experience who has a passion for team work, operational excellence as well as a high level of agility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a service mindset as well as a high level of physical and mental resilience that allows them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at ease with light physical labour (carrying boxes/product), multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools. Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as is fluent German and a good grasp of English. The ideal candidate must be available full time (40 hours per week) in December, working 5 days à 8 hours including some (not all) Saturdays.
