As a Retail Learning Manager, you will achieve the Learning Team's strategic objectives and take the learning lead on a range of different topics, responsibility and running the Learning function. You will play an invaluable role in developing our talents through coaching and training. You will be responsible for partnering with our Store Managers to drive and execute the learning agenda with our stores. The Retail Learning Manager will play a key part in delivering an array of projects including elevation of our Client Experience tools and Team Development initiatives (induction, onboarding, academy and workshop). You role will be a key interlocutor between our retail teams and Head Office functions.

Working as part of the learning team, you will lead and facilitate training strategies within your stores. You will define the roll-out plan to best support our teams and business. Perfil
We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury, a talent for coaching, and a natural ability to connect with people. The ideal candidate will possess the following key strengths: • Previous managerial experience required. • 8+ years of retail/customer service experience with a strong focus on client interaction and floor presence. • Experience in training animation is a required. • Proven coaching skills. • Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal). • Organizational skills, results oriented and problem solving. • Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives. • Passion in fashion, art and luxury retail industry. • Flexibility, willingness to travel regularly. • Proficient in computer applications. • Fluency English (written and spoken) is essential.
