In this role, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador, managing escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Reporting to the Digital Resolutions Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering one-call resolution whenever possible, supporting service excellence, and helping elevate the overall client experience through thoughtful feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
