Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in clienteling projects (for festive moments, fashion launches and store openings) follow-up with local teams and relevant external stakeholders.
- Assist in supporting the adoption of guidelines by local markets to elevate client experience standards.
- Assist in the smooth coordination of client requests for exclusive South Asia experiences.
- Maintain accuracy of weekly trackers, including liaising with stakeholders involved.
- Build competitor research reports and share ideas based on insights gathered.
- Support development of strategic clienteling initiatives for improving workflow processes and elevating client engagement.
- Assist in events as well as other ad-hoc projects and tasks, when required.
- Support client treatment program coordination for overseas client events.
