As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, proactively foster the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.
Responsabilidades laborales
Ensure your team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every internal and external Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes. Support your team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and partner with regional partners to tailor individual development plans. Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager. Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations. Manage store’s annual controllable expenses budget. Manage and enforce cash and credit card policies and procedures. Process payroll in accordance with company policy and procedure. Manage and ensure training on all operational procedures, as well as retail and communication system Manage inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion. Manage front of house and back of house stock organization to ensure efficiency to drive business Partner with the Client Care team member(s) to ensure the aftersales KPI’s are achieved.
