Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a New Product Distribution Manager – RTW & Shoes. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will oversee the launch, distribution, and flow of new products across the Americas zone. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who can ensure timely and accurate delivery of product to maximize sales potential while supporting the Maison’s image and retail objectives. As a New Product Distribution Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with Merchandising, Logistics, and Retail teams to ensure the seamless execution of new product launches.

Perfil
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in distribution, allocation, or supply chain, with a proven track record of managing complex product flows in a luxury or fashion environment. We are excited to speak to individuals with strong analytical capabilities, able to translate complex business results into actionable strategies. A deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape, particularly with expertise in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Shoes, is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL is required, and experience with Python is a significant plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence diverse stakeholders. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual who takes strong ownership of their work, ensuring accuracy and thorough follow-through. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary range of USD $100,000 to $120,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
