This role is responsible for delivering high-quality repair services in accordance with Louis Vuitton guidelines. You will manage the full repair experience for clients from the initial repair request to product pick-up, ensuring every step is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. You also support store or event activations related to product care, reinforcing the Maison’s craftsmanship values.
Responsabilidades laborales
• Provide product repair services that are aligned with the Maison’s technical standards and guidelines.
• Ensure the end-to-end client repair experience, from request intake to communication, repair progress updates, and final pick-up.
• Handle all client repair requests with accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to service quality.
• Conduct regular inspection, organization, and replenishment of spare parts to ensure smooth operations.
• Support store teams during events or animations related to product care demonstrations.
• Continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge to ensure best-in-class service.
Perfil
• High level of precision, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple repair cases with strong organization and follow-up skills
• Hands-on dexterity and willingness to learn LV specific repair techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric mindset
• Experience in repair, leather craft, cobbler work, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to support client-facing activities when required (e.g., care service events)
