We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our C&B, HRIS, and payroll functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and attracting top talent. About the Role: Reporting to Senior HR Leadership, the C&B Manager will be a key strategic partner to HR colleagues, the LVUSM Leadership Team, and Louis Vuitton Headquarters. This role will have ownership over the design, implementation, and management of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management. Key Responsibilities:
