As the Client Development & Events Director you will be an ambassador of the brand and act as the regional expert for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland network to develop the brand’s business by increasing client loyalty and identifying and seizing client recruitment and development opportunities. You will develop the client development strategy for all stores within the region in line with the brand’s vision, defining and monitoring client related objectives for each store and support the implementation of the zone’s client development priorities adapted to the local market. You will lead and inspire the Client Development, Events and Communications team, and animate the local store network through an active presence in stores.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Define and implement the overarching CRM and clienteling strategy aligned with business objectives. Tailor strategies that reflect brand identities and client expectations. Drive innovation in client engagement through emerging technologies and methodologies. Oversee partners relationship management with major media organizations, platforms, and holding companies at senior levels. Lead negotiation of strategic media agreements including annual contracts and preferred partnerships. Monitor trend and market intelligence in media to identify opportunities and ensure strategy remains competitive. Define comprehensive PR strategy including media relations priorities, spokesperson programs, and narrative frameworks. Establish content strategy for thought leadership that positions brand and executives as authoritative voices. Lead corporate communication and press release development standards to ensure quality and consistency. Oversee partners relationship management with PR agencies and media organizations at senior levels. Apply data analysis to PR performance to ensure media narratives support business outcomes.
