The Client Care Services Workflow Lead is responsible for servicing Clients through proper and accurate handling of inquiries related to Care Services via phone, email and video. The Client Care Services Workflow Lead will also be responsible for achieving assigned objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, efficient use of key systems and support operational needs.

· Minimum Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED with an additional 4+ years’ experience in Customer Service or a related field. · Skill Set: Exceptional client-centric mindset with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, alongside organizational prowess and time management abilities. · Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and other new systems quickly. · Personal Attributes: Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be capable of interacting at all levels within the organization. · Competencies - Detail-oriented - Client-first mindset - Collaborative spirit - Prioritization skills - Dealing with ambiguity - Functional/technical skills - Excellent written communications - Timely decision making - High quality problem solving
