JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Buying
- Buying preparation – sales analysis and set product strategy, OTB review
- Collaborate with merchandising manager to understand overall business needs and opportunities in each location
- Overall managing seasonal buy of WACC & GIFT and communicating with planning team regarding forecasting and landing
- Input order and product cluster considering the efficiency
Product Launching
- Transversal collection initial allocation set up
- Pop up and Pop in stock building and tracking sales and inventory status
- Product training material preparation and publish to stores
- Work with VM to ensure proper display of the product based on the sales trend and VM guideline
- Monitor sales and inventory, proceed relevant executions with counterparts to maximize sales and sell through managing
- Closely communicating with central on launch strategy
Business Planning
- BE (sales forecast) set up and adjustment by cooperating with HK business planner
- Monthly sales review to share business planner and review the max level of best-sellers
- Set-up clustering assortment by networks
Market Research/ Intelligence
- Identify key product trends and price research for competitors
- Propose market needs and reflect to the offer
Regular sales reporting by weekly/ monthly basis
