Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Act as the brand ambassador and role model within stores, ensuring excellence in visual presentation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement store zoning, rotations, and product placement in partnership with Store Management.
- Drive sales performance by leveraging impactful visual merchandising, actively engaging Store Management and in-store teams.
- Oversee window installations, seasonal rotations, and event setups, coordinating with country offices and local suppliers.
- Ensure seamless execution of new collections, launches, and permanent/seasonal VM guidelines.
- Provide qualitative feedback after each rotation to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central Team.
- Collaborate with in-store teams to deliver innovative visual concepts for business events and activations
Team Training and Development:
- Coach and develop In-Store Visual Merchandisers, fostering expertise and alignment with LV standards.
- Train store teams on VM principles to ensure consistency, sophistication, and brand image across all locations.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain deep knowledge of all product categories to ensure accurate and impactful presentation.
- Conduct regular competitor visits, identifying and reporting on best practices and trends.
