Job responsibilities
About the role: As a Louis Vuitton Team Manager, you are in the driver's seat of one of the largest businesses in the luxury retail industry.
You will exercise your astute commercial acumen, lead significant P&L's and expand your ability in translating key business insights into action. You will deepen your capability in building key relationships with clients, team members and peers. You will take ownership of driving and delivering strong results across our product universe through nurturing and developing your team, driving and fostering exceptional sales, whilst being strategic and agile to ensure the epitome of client service is delivered. You will be directly accountable for developing and monitoring your category's operations and budget.
You will lead and develop the store team through:
• inspiring hands-on management and coaching
• establishing a client-centric mindset and a client focused store culture
• best-in-class operations management
• effective floor management and being a visible presence and support.
To ensure your success in leading your category, you will also bring proven experience in identifying and leveraging business opportunities to ensure the achievement of your category's goals.
