Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead for implementation of LV App new features and achieving LV App KPIs by close communication with Central team and Local stakeholders
• Developing LINE ecosystem to support CRM strategy collaborating with Client Marketing
• Support LINE backend project in business side
• Collaborate with Client Marketing to increase/maintain LINE ID Friends by continuous actions to provide benefits for both LINEID Friends and Lead to increase/maintain ID Friends by continuous actions to provide benefits for both ID Friends and ourselves
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct business monitoring analysis and monthly/adhoc reporting to scale business impact
• Manage Line Mini Program operation (Gift Finder/Airport Mode/Store Mode)
• Represent to gather and realize local needs/asset inputs to central team
• Research competitor’s activities and new features especially App and LINE related Fashion IT trend
