Within the Human Resources department, you will join our Employee Experience and Engagement team, and more specifically, the one in charge of Learning.
Job responsibilities
Your Missions Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Learning Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive global learning programs, including Managerial, Leadership, and functional programs to upskill our talents on métiers evolution (HR and Finance). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in pedagogical approaches and learning development, with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience including programs execution. Additionally, the role requires autonomy, sense of drive and strong capabilities in managing logistic in complex programs and diverse stakeholders across various functions and geographies.
• Design, develop, and implement global learning programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead the creation of Managerial, Leadership, Onboarding, and functional programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees across the organization.
• Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and department heads, to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Oversee the deployment of learning programs at scale, ensuring consistency and quality across different regions and functions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, and make continuous improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's programs remain cutting-edge.
• Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in the implementation of learning initiatives.
