Client Relations and Experience is a client-centric function that is instrumental in driving client development and unlocking commercial opportunities through exceptional experiences across in-store, out-of-store, and international events touchpoints. As Louis Vuitton’s Senior Manager, Client Relations and Experience, South Asia, you will spearhead client engagement strategies for High-End activations, with a particular emphasis on cultivating, retaining, and growing our top client segments. This role is key to developing and executing targeted client strategies, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects and deliver tailored experiences and activations that reflect client expectations and aspirations. The position plays a vital role in strengthening client relationships and elevating Louis Vuitton’s brand presence within the luxury market. This role will work across South Asia zone (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and Philippines) and closely with the Client Development resources in the local markets and Client Experience resources in Central.

High End Clientelling Leadership & Strategic Planning Client Development & Relationship Management Event & Client Experience High-End Community Development
Define and lead the High-End Clientelling strategy in setting clear priorities, targets, and developing tailored client strategies to enhance loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value within High-End categories
Lead client development in identifying High-End potential and driving experience plans to develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients
Oversee High-End event strategy and annual event mapping in partnership with markets and Client Development managers, ensuring the delivery of world-class client experiences and flawless execution across all touchpoints
Foster and animate a vibrant Top Client Advisor community to strengthen engagement around the most valued clients.
