OVERALL MISSION To provide comprehensive support to the Training Manager in the design, development, and delivery of exceptional training programs that elevate basic knowledge, product expertise, and selling skills across the nation wide stores. This role will be instrumental in nurturing talent suitable as a member of the Louis Vuitton family, ensuring the seamless adaptation of global training initiatives for the local market, rolling out training and workshops planned based on the strategy within the specified deadline, enhancing our digital learning capabilities, and fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders REPORTING STRUCTURE Retail Learning Manager of Louis Vuitton Japan
