Louis Vuitton is undertaking a significant transformation of its payroll infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. As we move to a new system and navigate a concurrent EBA process, we are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Project Manager to sit at the centre of it all, supporting us for a 12 month contract. This is not a business-as-usual payroll role. It calls for someone who can operate in ambiguity, bring rigour to a system still being defined, and communicate complex award and EBA matters to both frontline employees and senior leaders with equal confidence.
Job responsibilities
You will support the design and configuration of our incoming payroll system from the tendering phase through to implementation, working closely with our HR team and external vendors. Alongside this, you will play a key role in our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement process -supporting modelling, interpretation, and stakeholder communications throughout. You will also take ownership of payroll reporting - improving existing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and lifting the standard of processes and outputs to match the scale of the transformation underway.
