Louis Vuitton Roseville is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Operations/Client Advisor to join our incredible Team.
Job responsibilities
As an Operations/Client Advisor you will dedicate approximately half of your schedule focused on Operations responsibilities and the other half focused on Client Advisor responsibilities. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that you achieve and/or exceed in the daily execution and expectations of your role. The Operations/Client Advisor Hybrid will ensure every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store. The Operations/Client Advisor Hybrid will proactively achieve individual and team objectives, secure back-of-house efficiency, support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client Experience in store.
Profile
To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be someone who is extremely organized, loves problem-solving, is detail oriented and approaches all issues proactively.
