About the job
As part of the optimization of our raw material supply chain and the strict quality standards that characterize our products, we are seeking a Leather Sorter Coordinator. Reporting to the Quality Manager of the Italy Materials Hub, you will manage and lead a team of 10 leather sorters spread across multiple locations (6 in Italy, 2 in Spain, and 2 in France). Acting as a true operational and managerial pivot, you are the primary point of contact between your team and the wider company. You will drive activity through data and instill a constant continuous improvement approach to guarantee the consistency and excellence of sorting practices (for both classic and exotic leathers).

For this position employment is expected at Level 5 of the Pelli e Succedanei Industria CCNL. The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role.
