Job responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner at Louis Vuitton, you will provide strategic and operational support to our retail and office employees across UK, Ireland and South Africa. Working together with an incredibly passionate and collaborative team, you will play a lead role in developing and delivering a range of HR programs aligned with our Business and People Roadmap. You will be a 'go-to' for your key business stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations for effective coaching, retention, succession planning, and all other people-related activities. As a champion of Louis Vuitton's culture and core values, you will drive functional excellence with a continuous improvement mindset, supporting our ambition to create the best environment for our teams to work and grow!
