Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Corporate HR team. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, this role is a strong fit for a technically capable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for supporting compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, while also contributing to reporting, process improvement, and systems optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, confidence working with data & systems, and a proactive mindset. This leader will be strong in analytical skills, possess confidence working with data & systems, and a proactive mindset. We are particularly interested in candidates who are excited to build their capabilities in AI, Power BI, and Power Automate and who are motivated to identify smarter, more efficient ways of working. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners and LVMH Shared Services to ensure programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Profile
The ideal candidate is: Qualifications The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $90,000- $100,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans, both with employer contributions.
