This is a compensation and benefits (C&B) focused role, crucial for ensuring smooth and accurate operations of the Hong Kong retail team's payroll and benefits programs. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong, you will be empowered to develop and drive the local C&B strategy, and provide critical HR operations services to the organization – from designing competitive rewards packages to payroll administration, employee records management, rigorous HR data management and reporting, headcount and personnel cost monitoring, health compliance and work injury management, labor laws and relations management.
