Louis Vuitton teams are hosting exceptional next generation talents as recruitment events accelerate for HORIZONS Graduate Programs across the world.
Marking an exciting new chapter in nurturing the next generation of talents, HORIZONS is the Maison's global rotational talent development program, designed to prepare Louis Vuitton’s leaders of tomorrow.
Successful candidates embark on an 18-to-24-month rotational talent development program across different teams within the same functional area. Today, HORIZONS Programs are offered across 3 areas: Retail, Operations and Product. More are set to follow.
From Singapore to China and the Philippines, Paris to Hong Kong: aspiring program participants the world over are being inspired and challenged, unravelling real-life business scenarios under the mentorship of Louis Vuitton experts, meeting leaders of the Maison’s flagship stores and participating in workshops animated by Métiers teams.
