LV World Run for UNICEF

Part of #LaBelleVieAtLV, the beautiful life at LV, is giving back and our most recent charitable event, LV World Run for UNICEF, was an epic success.
This worldwide run/walk event raised over $140,000 and awareness for UNICEF to support children that are exposed to conflicts, diseases, natural disasters and other situations that threaten their safety and well-being.
Louis Vuitton Americas' hosted our first LV World Run for UNICEF from September 8-14. From L.A. to Sao Paulo, we held over 35 runs with more than 1,000 participants making for a huge movement across both continents!
One of our largest runs took place in N.Y.C. More than 300 employees, LVMH colleagues, friends and family gathered in Riverside Park to support this great cause. Everyone was immersed in positive energy throughout the entire event. Marilyn Thompson from the IS&T team volunteered the day of and explains, “The LV World Run for UNICEF event was very exhilarating to say the least. Coming together with colleagues for a good cause excites me, especially those causes backed by LV. I am an advocate of helping those in need, especially those who are less fortunate internationally. Donating my time and energy to this worthy cause is something that I would do again.”
