Louis Vuitton South Asia HORIZONS Retail Edition offers a 24-month retail-based journey transforming you into the leader of tomorrow.
The program has been tailor-made to accelerate your career in Retail leadership, immersing you into the dynamic ecosystem of our client experiences, exceptional products and high performing stores.
The journey will progress over 24 months with 3 rotations:
- 6 months of education and training in delivering exceptional client experiences
- 6 months of exposure in the Regional Corporate team
- 12 months to step into increasing leadership responsibility to finally act as team manager
Each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.
Applicants should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Have two or more years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
- Be fluent in English
- Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by September 2026
