Empowering Women in Industry: Louis Vuitton′s Womanufacturing Program
The "Womanufacturing & Supply Program" is a Louis Vuitton initiative that fosters gender diversity and empowers women within industrial and supply chain sectors.
A 12-month program designed as a journey of growth and discovery, the initiative centers on a series of one-on-one mentoring sessions that take place every four to six weeks. Carefully matched mentoring pairs are composed within Manufacturing and Supply Chain métiers to create partnerships that cut across departments and leadership levels. By offering tailor-made mentorship, the program aims to support women wherever they are in their careers, pairing them with partners who can provide specific guidance and encourage them to seize leadership opportunities. The program is open to both experienced professionals and next generation talents, bringing together diverse experiences and fresh insights.
