45th Annual National Black MBA Association Conference 2023
Louis Vuitton joined LVMH in the 45th National Black MBA Association Conference in Philadelphia for the 6th year. This 4-day conference is hosted by the non-profit organization of black business professionals, students and entrepreneurs and gathers about 10,000 attendees and 300 major corporations to make unique and meaningful connections within a diverse community.
Yet again, Louis Vuitton participated in the Career Expo Session where our Talent Acquisition team had the opportunity to engage in career conversations with attendees and students to provide insight into the world of Louis Vuitton and pursuing a career in the Luxury industry. Students had an opportunity to network with other LVMH Brands in attendance, such as Tiffany & Co, Dior, Sephora, Fresh, Fendi, LVMH Fashion Brands, LVMH Cosmetics, Moet Hennessy, Rimowa, as well as tune into career panels and hear from speakers across the LVMH ecosystem.
Maureen Dinnie, Sr Talent Acquisition Manager, and Kevin Varela, Talent Acquisition Specialist whom were in attendance this year on behalf of Louis Vuitton, provide insight into their experiences.
