Window Installation & Production
- Lead and execute window installation projects across Taiwan network
- Coordinate closely with Paris HQ on Concept standers, technical requirements, and project execution
- Communicate and manage local vendors for production, fabrication, and installation
- Monitor production quality, installation timeline, and all on-site details
- Ensure VM execution aligns with brand image and global standards
- Review and evaluate quotations, production costs, and project feasibility
- Possess strong understanding of technical construction details and installation methods
Popup & Special Projects
- Support and manage popup projects from planning to execution
- Work closely with Paris HQ, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on structural and technical development
- Review technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications
- Ensure all popup structures meet safety, technical, and brand requirements
- Monitor project timeline, production progress, and on-site execution
Lightbox Installation & VM Projects
- Coordinate with Paris HQ regarding lightbox concepts and implementation requirements
- Prepare local proposals and execution plans based on HQ direction
- Manage installation schedules and vendor coordination for lightbox projects
- Ensure technical accuracy and high-quality execution during installation process
