Our Louis Vuitton store in Lenox Square is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded & client centric Team Manager to join its incredible team!

As a role model for the team and wider business, the ideal candidate will take ownership of the business by developing and leading the team, fostering and developing client relationships, while also being strategically agile in order to drive strong sales results. In collaboration with the Store Manager, this role involves demonstrating superb sales leadership skills while also ensuring that each client who visits our store has a memorable and extraordinary experience.
Additionally you will be responsible for providing market expertise in relation to client needs and developing strategies to increase product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, client development training and team animations.
To be successful in this role being commercially minded with a detailed understanding of the luxury market, ideally gained within the retail sector is extremely beneficial. As well as someone with extensive people leadership skills and a flare for extraordinary customer service, this leader will continuously strive to exceed our clients expectations.
