As Talent Business Partner, you will support the HRD in the development and implementation of the ANZ talent attraction & development strategy for our Office and Retail teams. You will partner with the Function Heads and Retail Leaders to develop both internal and external strategies and practices to enable Louis Vuitton to attract, develop and retain the highest calibre of candidates and employees for our business. We are looking to sustain an outstanding experience for all talent that interacts with our Louis Vuitton brand.

Experience in developing and promoting employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
